About Us
My love of cheese began when I was a little girl back home in Portugal where cheese is viewed as a staple.
It's considered such a versatile food that one can consume for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and of course snacking.
I first visited Crystal Beach as a teenager and fell in love with the beach, the town and the close knit community. Over the years, I frequently visited Crystal Beach, and last year I made the decision to permanently stay where I was warmly welcomed by everyone.
